Laser Scanning &
Reverse Engineering

Non-contact scanners can be used to match current component measurements to existing CAD data, or reverse engineer a component to produce an accurate CAD model at current production.

Part Sorting

Letting us know your specifications for your parts, we will measure them and accurately inform if the parts meet your criteria. This will reduce production time of parts that do not meet requirements.

Part Verification to CAD
or Print

Inspec provides inspection of parts to ensure compliance with blueprint and/or CAD model, along with providing a dimensional report. We can also provide graphical roadmaps of all inspected features.

Portable CMM's

Convenient, transportable and accurate these types of CMM's are becoming increasingly popular. These CMM's offer a convenient solution for validating parts or tools that are too large or cost prohibitive to send out for inspection.

Programming & Training

Supporting and educating our customers is very important to us at Inspec. We offer full and half day training classes for CMM's, GD & T Training and DMIS training. In addition, we will support online, offline programming and graphical programming.

Reporting

Our reporting, see above, can be formulated for your requirements. We can offer assistance, based on our experience, to correctly show the data for your application.
