Our calibration process can take anywhere from one hour to several days depending on the size of the equipment. We calibrate, test, repair and upgrade: CMM's, hardness testers, optical comparators, surface plates, tensile testers, vision systems and machine tools.

Our capabilities of calibration and repair include many manufacturers and a wide variety of precision hand tools, such as: gage blocks, digital/dial indicators, height gages, height masters, micrometers, calipers, pin gages, plug gages, ring gages, torque wrenches, scales and much more!

Our temperature and humidity controlled Laboratory, houses: CMM's, Vision Systems, Optical Comparators, Hardness Testers, Roundness Analyzers, Surface Finishers and Contour Tracers. We also offer inspection services off-site at our customers facilities.
