The latest in technology is 3D laser scanning, yet contact measuring methods are still the most popular. At Inspec, we provide contract inspection services and support, training and programming in-house and on-site for both methods.

Laser Scanning

This non-contact measurement service, includes capturing the 3D shape of physical objects.
In this type of measurement, many points are taken and data is collected very quickly, some 450,000 points per second and does not compromise accuracy. The point cloud that is created can be controlled to provide data however it is needed.

Contact Inspection

Use of DCC, Manual and Portable (Faro/Romer) Arm Coordinate Measuring Machines to verify your products to either a supplied print or math model.

Reverse Engineering

Creating a 3-D representation of a product so that it can be duplicated or enhanced.
