CMM Software Training

Basic CMM software training will help familiarize your operator with the CMM and its hand controls. This class includes basic information such as probe calibration, alignment creation and part inspection. Also dimensioning and saving files are part of this basic training. This will improve your operator's efficiency and knowledge of the machine and software. Inspec can tailor this calls to meet your operator's needs.

GD & T Training

Students of this class will improve their understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing practices through a hands on application. The outline includes explanation of the history of GD&T, the symbology, discussions, and GD & T relevance to dimensional metrology. The advanced GD & T student will practice applying the appropriate geometric controls that assure part functionality.
Classes generally are (3) three days, (8) eight hours per day, 8:30am - 4:30pm. Times and days are estimated, we will quote according to class size and student comprehension and we will tailor to your needs!

Advanced Software Training

Inspec can provide advanced training in various CMM software's, allowing your operator to get the highest level of productivity from your software package, maintaining accuracy of results. Software's supported include LK-DMIS, PC-DMIS, QC-5000, CMM Manager and more.
